		<description>That sounds exactly like the conversation I have with my husband who teaches teenagers.  I tell him I do fine with 3 year-olds acting like 3 year-olds, but get completely flustered with 15 year-olds acting like 3 year-olds!</description>

I used to get asked, &quot;how do you stand working with little kids?&quot; to which I finally began to reply, &quot;how do you stand working with big people?&quot; at least I can help a toddler having a tantrum in some way - I am lost with a 30-year-old having one!</description>
