Our family is starting a rolling schedule of back to school days. This week, our second grader was first, then Dad headed back to the classroom. Next week our kindergartener finally gets his grand wish to start going to the “big kid school”, and the following week our preschooler bounds into his preschool setting.
With each step back into school, I’m handed a new stack of papers — schedules, policies, procedures. And every week, my sons will come home with more. I’m a stacker by nature, but that system is, shall we say, less effective. So I finally implemented a system that works for me to keep track of all those papers and to keep them off my counter. This week I shared that system with The Organized Parent. (I have to chuckle inside every time I admit to writing under that title. I aspire to be organized, but I can’t imagine anyone calling me THE Organized Parent.)
Slide over to The Organized Parent to check out my system, and share with us what works for you!
And check out my ecourse: Parenting with Positive Guidance. Registration is open for a limited time. And don’t forget to use the code “TEAM” to get the course for your parenting team for less than what you would pay for one person!

It’s so nice to get ideas on how to organize and save what’s important.
Thanks for the post.
