Welcome Back!  I hope you all enjoyed a nice break during the holidays.  I know I certainly did.  Taking a break to focus on my family was well-appreciated, though I’ve begun to crave this outlet for processing my thoughts and getting them down into print.  And I’ve missed hearing your thoughts as well.

As a new year begins, I like to look back at where I’ve been before jumping into make plans for what lies ahead.  Today, I want to share with you some of the most popular posts from 2011, and would love to have you take part in the survey below to help me as I plan another year here at Not Just Cute.

I also loved “How to Spot a High Quality Play-Based Preschool”. I’ll be using it this month as a guide when I call my first preschool about enrolling my 2-1/2 year old this fall.

Thank you! That has been a popular one as well, particularly this time of year as parents start signing up for next year. Good luck with selecting the right one for your little one!

Yesterday I spent a little time researching local preschools. I called one program, but when that wasn’t what I expected, I started looking for other options. One, that I’m very excited about, actually links the above article (on how to spot a high-quality preschool) on her website as well as the link to this blog. The preschool director must have crossed paths with you at USU. Since I’ve been reading this blog for more than a year now, I feel that it is meant to be!

I always love reading your posts but “Would You Like a Lift?” is the post that was my top favorite. I keep wondering how you wrote what was in my head. 🙂
(Of course, Intention Deficit Disorder is still a favorite even though it’s 2010.)

Thanks for your blog, Amanda. I look forward to reading more great posts in 2012.

I love it when you share activities, but I also love the articles you share about child development, and DAP. Your blog is always on my read list. Thanks for the work you do here.
